May Day ~ Mother’s Day ~ Memorial Day

Remembrance ~ “the power to remember” (Websters Dictionary)

As long as we possibly are able, may we claim, exercise and rejoice in our power to remember ~ selectively or comprehensively…..being a child, parent, grandparent….a teacher, guide, mentor, student, caregiver, cared-for…..

Can we remember thankfully? because we have learned through a journey of joy, wonder, grief, misunderstanding, hurt, compassion, love, loss, war & peace, together & apart?

Child, parent, giver, receiver ~ and still we are learning, changing, opening hearts hopefully.

Embracing remembrance, remaining present, move forward…..

Be content with what you have, rejoice in the way things are. When you realize there is nothing lacking, the whole world belongs to you.  ~ Lao TsuImage
